Check these items first so the support team can respond faster.
- Robot is charged
- Dust bin or collection container is empty
- Side brushes, filters and dust bag are clean and secured correctly
- Correct map has been selected
- Robot is at the correct starting point
- Robot has been restarted
- Photo or video of the issue is available

Safe Restart
- Inspect the area, brushes, filters and wheels.
- Release the emergency stop only when safe to proceed.
- Restart the task from a clear, known position.
Do Not Operate
- Do not operate around loose cables, damaged flooring, hazardous spills or unsafe obstructions.
- Do not operate with damaged safety sensors or covers.
- Do not use the robot if brush, vacuum, navigation or braking faults persist.
