Sparkoz TN70 Autonomous Cleaning Robot

High-capacity autonomous floor cleaning for larger commercial sites

The Sparkoz TN70 is an autonomous commercial cleaning robot designed for medium to large indoor environments where floor cleaning is repetitive, labour-intensive and needs to be completed consistently.

Available in both Disc and Cylindrical configurations, the TN70 combines autonomous navigation, commercial scrubbing performance, large water capacity and optional docking or workstation automation.

Model Overview

Built for larger floor areas and higher cleaning demand

The TN70 is designed for sites that need more cleaning capacity than compact robots can provide.

With a larger tank system, wider cleaning path and autonomous route execution, it is suited to larger hard-floor areas where cleaning needs to be consistent, repeatable and easier to supervise.

The TN70 can operate manually or autonomously, depending on the site setup, cleaning workflow and selected charging or workstation configuration.

Is the TN70 the right fit?

The TN70 is best suited to larger indoor sites where coverage, tank capacity and commercial scrubbing performance matter more than compact manoeuvrability.

Good fit when your site has:

  • Larger hard-floor areas
  • Longer cleaning routes
  • Wider corridors or open spaces
  • Repetitive scheduled cleaning tasks
  • Higher water-capacity requirements
  • Suitable space for charging or workstation infrastructure
  • A requirement for more consistent cleaning records and task visibility

Consider a smaller model if your site has:

  • Tight access points
  • Furniture-dense layouts
  • Small cleaning zones
  • Limited storage or docking space
  • Lower daily coverage requirements
  • Frequent movement through very narrow spaces

For larger commercial floor areas, TN70 is often a stronger starting point than a compact robot. For tighter or more constrained spaces, Automaate may recommend a smaller robot configuration instead.

Choose Disc or Cylindrical cleaning

The TN70 is available in two cleaning configurations. Automaate will recommend the right version based on floor type, debris load, cleaning frequency and site conditions. The right choice affects debris pickup, pre-sweeping requirements, brush contact and performance on textured or smoother hard floors.

TN70 Disc / SpinDisc

Broad hard-floor scrubbing

The Disc version is suited to broad hard-floor scrubbing where the primary requirement is consistent cleaning coverage across larger smooth floor areas.

  • Smooth hard floors
  • Large open floor areas
  • Routine scrubbing
  • Dust-mop workflows
  • 20-inch disc brush system
  • Manual charging, docking station or workstation

Choose Disc when: the main task is regular scrubbing of smoother hard floors across larger areas.

TN70 Cylindrical

Debris pickup and textured floors

The Cylindrical version is suited to sites where loose debris, textured floors or reduced pre-sweeping are stronger priorities.

  • Textured or uneven hard floors
  • Areas with more loose debris
  • Reduced pre-sweeping workflows
  • 2 L debris tray
  • High-speed cylindrical brush action
  • Manual charging, docking station or workstation

Choose Cylindrical when: debris pickup, textured floors or reduced pre-sweeping are important to the cleaning workflow.

Charging, docking and workstation options

The TN70 can be configured for different levels of autonomy depending on the site, infrastructure and operating model.

TN70 manual charger

Manual charger

The TN70 can be charged manually where a simple setup is preferred or where docking infrastructure is not required.

Best for: sites that prefer manual charging control or have lower-frequency usage requirements.
TN70 automatic docking station

Automatic docking station

The automatic docking station allows the TN70 to return for charging. Water refill and wastewater drainage remain manual unless the workstation is selected.

Best for: sites that want automatic charging but do not need automatic water management.
TN70 workstation

Workstation

The workstation supports automatic charging, clean water refill, wastewater drainage and scheduled task support for higher-autonomy cleaning cycles.

Best for: larger sites wanting reduced manual water handling and more autonomous cleaning cycles.
Cleaning System

Technology and cleaning system

The TN70 combines autonomous navigation, mapped cleaning routes, obstacle detection and a commercial cleaning chassis for larger indoor environments.

It supports autonomous route execution, manual operation and connected platform visibility, helping cleaning teams manage repetitive floor-cleaning work more consistently.

Sensor detail

The TN70 sensor system may include LiDAR, panoramic monocular camera, depth camera, ultrasonic sensors, IMU and electronic anti-collision strip, depending on configuration.
